Supermarket.com has discovered that drivers, who are looking to protect cheaper premiums of their car insurance, may definitely consent the warning that UK motorists can not afford to become satisfied, whenever thinking of road safety.

This statement has been issued by The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, in response to the public report published by national Audit Office that put emphasis on more concentration to be given to the protection of cyclists and pedestrians.

It also accepted that a tremendous progress has been noticed in road accidents causalities over past few years. However, this group has remarked, with 8 individuals dying on the roads of UK every day, still more need to be done for stopping this. It also stated that if the collisions on byways and UK high ways were reduced, more number of motorists might get cheaper car insurance.

Supermarket.com has discovered that the forthcoming Seat Altea’s look will be “stylish and sporty” with spacious interior and sharp looks.

What Car? Recently test drove it and said although it is still not quite a genuine multi purpose vehicle (MPV), it enables drivers to use luggage and passenger space in the form of a roomy five seater. Good fuel economy and flexibility were also noted in the reviews, as were the grip and balance it experiences while on the road.

Modifications to Altea have not affected its performance, What Car? added. The four vehicle drive Freetrack version has been given a 207 bhp 2.0 litre engine, making it a sportier ride. “The Altea has always been surprisingly good to drive, the good news is that none of that has changed”, the magazine remarked.

Other autos in the Seat range might be good for cheap car insurance include Ibiza and Leon.

Stuart Carter, the marketing manager of TrustMark had the following to say to supermarket.com, “The work should meet with required company standards that could lead to a major difference between a void and successful car insurance assertion”. He also argued that, “Despite of that, British are finding difficulty in hiring best tradesman like car engineers”. He further added that, “One can opt to anyone like yellowpages but the problem is that there is a huge mess of different brands when opening it up and consumers often don’t understand or even don’t know what those logos and brands stand for.

Supermarket.com – Brit Insurance Company is planning to shift its headquarters from UK to Netherlands with the hope of cutting their tax bills in half. The company revealed this fact in a press conference after agreeing on 53% drop in overall profit than preceding year when it was about 199 Million Euros and now left only 89 million Euros this year. According to the company, they reimbursed the insurer tax bill of about 22 million Euros.

Company’s statistics are greatly hit by catastrophe asserts from Ike and Gustav along with global economic downturn as told by chief executive of Brit insurance Dane Douetil to Times online. The previous year has been also recorded as second worst year in car insurance world for catastrophe losses.

He further added that company’s shifting to Netherland will put the firm with more competition, most importantly halving its tax bill.
