The drivers have been informed to be attentive and stay awake when they lose their sleep as the clocks move forward. According to the study, 49% of the people in UK take a day or two until the time they get used to the time change in spring season. This is a matter of concern for the drivers as well as for the car insurance companies as the time taken to change may lead to some dangerous driving conditions while the people drive their cars to their workplace. 5% of the adults feel sleepy while driving the cars and they take more than a week in order to get used to the change when they lose one hour of their sleep.

According to a study, 16% of the people forget to move their clocks forward in the previous years and thus they reached late to their destinations.
